I am in total heart with Girl With The Big Brown Eyes, when and why did you set it up?
Can I say my dad made me do it? At the time I was still living at home, and my dad had a blog he was writing for almost daily. I’ve always had a diary and he suggested I try a blog out, see how it went. It was that extra push I needed to actually start it & now I’m so glad I did.
I love your blog content Liv, how do you decide what to write each day?
I try to write about what I’m going through, because I know someone out there may be going through it, or have already been through it. It comes from conversations, images I see on the web, songs I love, life in general, from what I’m wearing to wishful thinking.
What tunes would be on a Liv soundtrack?
Gosh! This is a tough one! I’d definitely have some angsty teen songs, Home by Michael Buble, Midnight by Bar9, LoveLoveLove by Tristan Prettyman, Food Play by Lady Sovereign, Hometown Glory by Adele, Big Shot by Billy Joel as well as Angry Young Man, Butterfly by Jason Mraz… there’s loads! They all represent part of who I am and a specific time in my life.You totally inspire us, who are your inspir-o-girls and why?
My mum would be pretty high on that list. She’s been through a lot & never let on, now she’s blessed & if I could turn out at least a little like her, I’d be really pleased.What makes you jump-in-the-air happy?
Travel! Learning about different cultures, the food there (yeah, that’s #2!!) the language, the people, getting lost, the whole experience definitely makes me jump-in-the-air-happy.
What’s your life motto?
It’s a quote by Jack Kerouac.“The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn, like fabulous yellow Roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars and in the middle you see the blue centrelight pop and everybody goes “Awww!” -Â I have this up in my house & hope that one day, I will be someone like that.
