It's like I'm calibrated backwards - the more I want something the less likely I am to get it! Hard work or no work. I can relate to what you said about the flip side of goals not working out - I've had some great experiences from the alternatives, from things I wasn't even expecting or able to think of, and my current foray into performance art is largely because my year-long campaign to be a KaosPilot backfired and burnt me out. That said, it would be nice to never have to worry about surviving beyond this month :P (oh and btw I'm sorry our Sassy Session never quite worked out - my sister's wedding was manic and then I was struggling for cash! maybe next time, but thanks for the opportunity :)) Heh, I’ve become a skeptic to things like positive thinking/Law of Attraction/etc, to the chagrin of some of my friends.
