Babycakes is the Lower East Side vegan, gluten-free bakery selling the most dee-freakin’-lish cupcakes EVER. It’s an actual fact.
Now if you can’t get your bee-hind to NYC, I have good, good news – owner Erin McKenna is launching a Babycakes cookbook – hurrah! NYC sugarless treats o’ yummy-ness to make in your own home – now that, Sassy Minxes, is happiness x 1000.
